Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first.

Shipping returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
